General Agreement<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">These Terms &#038; Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"72\">Kogo Rentals<\/b> (\u201cCompany\u201d) and the renter (\u201cCustomer\u201d). By taking possession of the vehicle, the Customer fully agrees to all terms stated herein. <\/p><hr data-path-to-node=\"5\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\">2. Driver Eligibility<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"7\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Minimum age:<\/b> 21 years<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Minimum driving experience:<\/b> 2 years<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Documentation:<\/b> All drivers must present a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Additional drivers:<\/b> Permitted only if registered in the agreement and approved by the Company.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"8\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">3. Payment Terms<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"10\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">Full payment is required in <b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">cash<\/b> at the time of vehicle delivery.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\">The Company reserves the right to refuse service if payment is not completed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"11\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"12\">4. Security Deposit<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"13\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\">A <b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"2\">$50 security deposit<\/b> is required before rental.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\">The Company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit for:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1,0,0\">Cleaning fees<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1,1,0\">Smoking violations (<b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"20\">\u20ac50 penalty<\/b>)<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1,2,0\">Traffic fines or administrative costs<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1,3,0\">Minor damages<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\">If costs exceed the deposit, the Customer agrees to pay the difference.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,3,0\">The remaining deposit is returned after vehicle inspection.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"14\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"15\">5. Insurance &#038; Liability<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"16\">Vehicles are provided with insurance coverage. However, the <b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"60\">Customer bears full responsibility<\/b> in cases including but not limited to: <\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"17\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\">Violation of traffic laws<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0\">Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\">Unauthorized driver operating the vehicle<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"17,3,0\">Failure to follow accident reporting procedures<\/p><\/li><\/ul><blockquote data-path-to-node=\"18\"><p data-path-to-node=\"18,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"18,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Note:<\/b> In such cases, the Customer may be held liable for full damage compensation.<\/p><\/blockquote><hr data-path-to-node=\"19\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"20\">6. Use of Vehicle (Strict Restrictions)<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"21\">The following are <b data-path-to-node=\"21\" data-index-in-node=\"18\">strictly prohibited<\/b>:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"22\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,0,0\">Off-road driving<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0\">Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,2,0\">Smoking inside the vehicle (<b data-path-to-node=\"22,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">\u20ac50 penalty<\/b>)<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,3,0\">Use for taxi, ride-sharing, or delivery services<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,4,0\">Subleasing or allowing unauthorized drivers<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,5,0\">Taking the vehicle outside agreed \u0442\u0435\u0440\u0440\u0438\u0442\u043e\u0440\u0438\u0438 without written permission<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"23\"><i data-path-to-node=\"23\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.<\/i><\/p><hr data-path-to-node=\"24\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"25\">7. Fuel Policy<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"26\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"26,0,0\">The vehicle is provided on a <b data-path-to-node=\"26,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"29\">like-to-like<\/b> fuel basis.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"26,1,0\">The Customer must return the vehicle with the same fuel level.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"26,2,0\">Missing fuel will be charged at market rates plus service fee.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"27\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"28\">8. Mileage Policy<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"29\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"29,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"29,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Unlimited mileage<\/b> is included unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"30\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"31\">9. Delivery &#038; Territory<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"32\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"32,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"32,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Delivery Locations:<\/b> Kutaisi Airport \/ Anywhere within Kutaisi.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"32,1,0\">Use outside Kutaisi or Georgia must be agreed in advance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"33\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"34\">10. Rental Period &#038; Late Return<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"35\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"35,0,0\">The rental period is agreed in advance.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"35,1,0\">A grace period (if any) is agreed individually.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"35,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"35,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Late returns without approval may result in:<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"35,2,1\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"35,2,1,0,0\">Additional daily rental charges<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"35,2,1,1,0\">Penalty fees<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"35,3,0\">If the vehicle is not returned, the Company reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without notice and report it to law enforcement.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"36\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"37\">11. Accidents &#038; Damage Procedure<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"38\">In case of accident or damage, the <b data-path-to-node=\"38\" data-index-in-node=\"35\">Customer must<\/b>:<\/p><ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"39\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"39,0,0\">Stop the vehicle immediately.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"39,1,0\">Do not move the vehicle unless necessary for safety.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"39,2,0\">Contact the Company immediately.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"39,3,0\">Contact police and\/or insurance if required.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"39,3,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"39,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"45\">Failure to follow these steps results in full liability for all damages.<\/i><\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-path-to-node=\"40\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"41\">12. Vehicle Condition<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"42\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"42,0,0\">Vehicle condition is documented with <b data-path-to-node=\"42,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"37\">photo and video evidence<\/b> before rental.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"42,1,0\">The Customer agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"42,2,0\">Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"43\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"44\">13. Theft \/ Total Loss<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"45\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"45,0,0\">Immediately notify the Company and police.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"45,1,0\">If negligence, misuse, or violation of terms is involved, the Customer may be liable for the full value of the vehicle.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"46\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"47\">14. Cancellation Policy<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"48\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"48,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"48,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Free cancellation<\/b> is allowed prior to the rental start time.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"48,1,0\">Failure to appear (no-show) may result in refusal of future bookings.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"49\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"50\">15. Right to Terminate<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"51\">The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time if terms are violated, the vehicle is misused, or payment obligations are not met. <b data-path-to-node=\"51\" data-index-in-node=\"153\">No refund will be issued in such cases.<\/b><\/p><hr data-path-to-node=\"52\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"53\">16. Governing Law<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"54\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"54,0,0\">This agreement is governed by the laws of <b data-path-to-node=\"54,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"42\">Georgia<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"54,1,0\">Any disputes shall be resolved under Georgian jurisdiction.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"55\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"56\">17. Contact<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"57\">The Company is available via:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"58\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"58,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"58,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Phone<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"58,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"58,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">WhatsApp<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"58,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"58,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Telegram<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"58,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"58,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Viber<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-path-to-node=\"59\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"60\">18.
